Celso graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University “FEI San Pablo” in Brazil and is specialized in “Strategic Business Vision” by the FGV “Foundation Getúlio Vargas”

- 2006 – Project Management at the George Washington
- 2007 – “Skills, Tools and Competences – STC”, run by the FDC of Brazil and the Kellogg Business School of the North Western University (Chicago).
- 2012 – Finance for Engineers at the University of Chicago.
In addition to his key functions of plant management and process optimization of the Pacheco Plant, he is also responsible for continuous improvement and the implementation of new productive technologies.
