2001 – 2004 Manufacturing Engineering, Responsible for Body Shop, Press Shop and Fox Implementation Project, VW do Brazil Manager
2004 – 2008 Manufacturing Engineering Department, Responsible for Press Shop, Body Shop & Advanced Engineering Planning, VW do Brazil Executive Manager

Celso graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University “FEI San Pablo” in Brazil and is specialized in “Strategic Business Vision” by the FGV “Foundation Getúlio Vargas”
Additionally, he holds following specialization courses:

  • 2003 – “Group Junior Executive” at VW Germany, which is focused in project management and problem solving.
  • 2006 – Project Management at the George Washington
  • 2007 – “Skills, Tools and Competences – STC”, run by the FDC of Brazil and the Kellogg Business School of the North Western University (Chicago).
  • 2012 – Finance for Engineers at the University of Chicago.

In addition to his key functions of plant management and process optimization of the Pacheco Plant, he is also responsible for continuous improvement and the implementation of new productive technologies.
